Safe things you can try
- Turn the machine off and leave it off for at least 10 minutes so internal parts can cool.
- Confirm the machine is plugged directly into a working wall outlet, not a questionable power strip.
- Turn the machine on once and wait through warm-up.

- Do not open the fusing area. Parts stay hot enough to burn skin.
- Do not enter service mode to clear or reset temperature faults.
Never enter service mode or clear safety codes yourself. Those steps can damage the machine or leave a safety lock uncleared.
