Copier Service Agreements

We offer service agreements for most major brands of copiers. These are very flexible made-to-suit your needs and can include toner and ink, maintenance, and repairs if you wish. Paper and staples are NOT included and the price for these is based on printer make, age, and of course, the number of pages printed per month. This takes all the worry and care of your office equipment out of your hands and keeps your office equipment running at peak efficiency. All we ask is that you keep a spare toner on-site and call us when you need to install it so we can make sure you have no down time.

If there is ever a problem with a leased printer or copier, our factory trained technicians can be onsite within 24 hours to get you back up and running again.

If you own an all-in-one copier, printer, fax, etc., we can offer the same type of service agreement as our leased printers, which includes Parts, Labor, and Supplies (includes toner or ink, but does not include paper or staples). If you have purchased a high quality printer, operating it without proper maintenance is asking for break downs. You don’t do that with your car, don’t try it with your printer. The price for owned service agreements is based on printer make, age and, of course, the number of pages printed per month.

We know there is a person in your office who kind-of-knows how to fix printer jams. Good, that’s what you should use them for. But please don’t ask him or her, or any of your office personal to perform maintenance on your expensive copier or all-in-one. That’s silly. They are more valuable to the business performing the duties you hired them for. Your printer too valuable to let someone learn how to do maintenance on it.
