Ricoh Multifunction Color

Ricoh’s Aficio multifunction, or all-in-one, color copier systems offer amazing color copies and prints. The “C” in the model indicates Color. The first two numbers generally indicate the “page per minute” (ppm) speed. The SP models are printers, except the SP models with SF at the end of the model number, which means they Scan and Fax (and also copy, so the are Multifunction Printers or MFPs). All the MP models will print, copy, scan, fax (some need optional cards to Fax).

For some desktop units and all the floor standing models there are optional attachments such as the Paper Feed Unit (additional paper drawers), Apple Postscript (for printing from Apple computers), finishers (providing sorting and stapling), hole punchers, and Booklet Finishers (for binding large numbers of copies into “booklets”). All of this can get fairly complicated, so we recommend telling us your needs, answering a few questions and allowing us to show which copiers would fit your needs.
