Copier Service
If your copier or printer needs service, our factory-trained technicians can fix the problem and clean and inspect your equipment to make sure you keep running. Your equipment is tested for full functionality before our technicians leave, so you know everything is working. Our technicians have common parts with them, but we can get parts from our warehouse, or order parts from the manufacturer for quick repairs. Parts have the manufacturer’s full warranty, or our own 6-month warranty, and our service is backed with a 90-day warranty on labor.
To keep your copier or printer running at peak performance, we also offer maintenance service. Most problems on higher end office equipment can be avoided with regular cleaning and maintenance. You don’t expect your car to run for years without changing the oil and other maintenance, and just like cars most manufacturers have recommended maintenance schedules for copiers and printers. Preventative maintenance also extends your equipment’s life and prevents downtime.
Copier Maintenance
On-site service and maintenance are offered on a “as-needed” basis (you are billed for time and materials), or we can provide you with a service agreement to cover repair and maintenance costs (and toner or ink costs if you wish).
We can also install and set up new equipment whether you bought it from us or not.
If your business is moving, or you need to relocate a copier, we can help. Our technician can prepare, disassemble (if needed), and pack your equipment for the move, and we can set up and install your copier at your new location.
